Who qualifies for the procedure?

Women who are age 30-55, low ovarian reserve, no history of ovarian or uterine cancer, good general health with an acceptable BMI.

How much does it cost?

It is a patient sponsored clinical trial. The cost is $5,000.00

How long does the procedure take?

The whole process takes two months but the procedure itself takes two hours. The first blood draw and hormone panels will take place in your hometown or in a participating lab near you. The results will be evaluated and screened for eligibility. If you qualify for the procedure you will be scheduled at the clinic closest to your location. Once, at the clinic you will sign the intake forms and be taken back to a procedure room where your blood will be drawn. Your blood will be processed for EnPLAF within the clinic, and the EnPLAF will then be injected into the ovaries.

The patient can go home and resume normal activities and await their next hormone panel test shortly thereafter.

While every individual is different, we have some general dietary suggestions and guidelines that may help you naturally increase your egg quality. Insulin resistance can be a huge component in a woman’s fertility. It is true that fertility does diminish with age, but to some extent this can be counteracted with diet. With that being said, it is necessary to eliminate all white foods from the diet. No white sugar, white flour or white rice ingredients in the food you consume is recommended. Sugar can be a hidden component in many other foods, so always read the food labels before you consume.

Intermittent fasting, or ketogenic diets have also been linked to increased fertility, ( for more information see video below )

 

 

Also BMI is important to fertility. Maintain a healthy BMI (see this video) 

 

 

A large glass of water with lemon and apple cider vinegar early in the morning will increase liver function where much of hormone synthesis happens. This practice is highly recommended.

Plastics, heavy metals and other endocrine disruptors. This can cause a huge shift and throw off a woman’s natural cycle. Eat natural meats and milks. Only wild organic natural meats and dairy. Use glass and stainless steel when cooking.

Avoid drinking from a public water system.

Stress and Cholesterol

Stress produces cortisol, a hormone which disturbs the natural balance and production of Estrogen and Progesterone. Emotional stress can disrupt healthy Estrogen and Progesterone levels more than a bad diet. See video

A relaxing chamomile and lavender bath can do a great deal to relieve stress. Exercise can also be a great stress reliever such as going for a run, yoga or biking. Weight training, burst training, yoga and walking. The time of the month matters for each kind of exercise. Burst training or interval training is the best. A woman’s hormones change 4 x a month, unlike their male counterpart. The exercise routine has to change with your hormone cycles. Week 1: Yoga, walking lesser intensity. Week 2: Hard exercise, sex included ( a great burst training ) Week 3: Don’t deplete the hormones during week 3. Pampering is important here. Yoga is again a good way to go Week 4: Again you can hit it harder during week 4.

Nutrients can also have a profound impact. Oils and nuts are the best carriers for these nutrients. Macadamia nuts and walnuts are highly effective nutrients and MCT oil and olive oil can help deliver these nutrients.
